Terms of Service

Last Updated: 07-02-2026

Welcome to connecticutscaffolding.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and, where applicable, our scaffolding rental, sidewalk shed, barrier, and fencing services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Site or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to submit false information, interfere with Site functionality, or misrepresent your identity or project details when requesting a quote.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes and estimates provided through the Site, by phone, or by email are based on the information you provide and are subject to confirmation following a site assessment. Quotes are not binding until formalized in a signed rental or service agreement. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, permit requirements, and project scope identified during assessment.

3. Service Agreements

All scaffolding, sidewalk shed, barrier, and fencing rental and installation services are governed by a separate signed service agreement between Connecticut Scaffolding and the client, which will detail scope of work, equipment, duration, pricing, insurance requirements, and liability terms. These website Terms do not replace or override the terms of that signed agreement; where a conflict exists, the signed agreement controls.

4. Permits and Regulatory Compliance

Where Connecticut Scaffolding agrees to file permits on a client’s behalf, this service is provided based on information available at the time of filing and current municipal requirements. Clients remain responsible for ensuring their project complies with all applicable federal, state, and municipal regulations. Permit approval timelines are determined by municipal authorities and are outside our control.

5. Site Access and Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the project site, disclosing known site hazards, and ensuring the site is prepared as reasonably requested for equipment delivery, installation, and removal.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms, deposit requirements, and billing schedules will be set forth in the applicable service agreement. Late payment may result in delayed service, equipment hold, or additional charges as specified in the signed agreement.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling of confirmed services is subject to the terms outlined in the applicable service agreement, which may include mobilization fees or other charges for late cancellation.

8. Insurance and Liability

Connecticut Scaffolding maintains general liability insurance as referenced on this Site. Specific coverage details, indemnification terms, and liability allocations between Connecticut Scaffolding and the client are governed by the signed service agreement, not by these website Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design elements — is the property of Connecticut Scaffolding or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly stated in a signed service agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connecticut Scaffolding’s liability arising from use of this Site is limited to the extent permitted under applicable law. Liability related to actual scaffolding, sidewalk shed, barrier, or fencing services is governed exclusively by the terms of the applicable signed service agreement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from use of this Site shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Connecticut.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
